Summary
We are looking for a dedicated CRM manager who will manage the complete cycle of promo and campaign management.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Participate in the development and execution of multi-channel CRM strategies to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value.
- Own execution of promotional plans, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with Content, Operations and Email marketing teams
- Ensure flawless customer experience when engaging with promotions
- Regularly monitor the technical setup of promotions and campaigns to detect any issues or inconsistencies in performance
- Report on campaigns’ performance and impact on KPIs, implement optimisations to improve customer experience, retention, and profitability
- Leverage support from the BI team to implement segmentation techniques for personalised communications and campaigns
Requirements
What we Expect
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least three years of experience as a CRM manager in iGaming
- Strong verbal and written English to communicate fluently in our international team
- Curiosity about the product customer and is driven by grooving KPIs
- Hands-on experience (or worked in close cooperation with responsible teams) in areas required to launch a campaign: coordination with content and design team, publishing content in CMS, creation of mechanic setup in the backoffice, communication setup via various direct channels
- Experience in working with SOFTSWISS platform, CIO, Onesignal, Twilio
