*Startups of the Year 2023 is a community-driven voting platform by HackerNoon that recognizes and celebrates tech startups changing technology and the world for the better. 30,000+ nominated startups have either generated between $50,000 to $50 million in yearly expected revenue and/or secured $1 million to $100 million in funding.
The award started on May 8th, 2023, where the internet nominated and voted for 30k startups around the world. The voting period remained open until December 31, 2023, and now we are here with the winner announcement after a comprehensive evaluation by the HackerNoon team.
- Startup Wise Guys - we had a great opportunity to be a part of an acceleration program, went through many hours of mentoring and teaching from the best specialists and experts from around the world, and worked through our strategies and plans, built strong connections and got new ambassadors. Moving on with group of startups on building up IT industry and strong products in our country.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sourcing strategies using different channels (telegram, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
- Search candidates for various IT positions (marketing managers, designers, engineers, project managers, etc) by IT companies (our clients) criteria
- Prescreen candidates
- Maintain a talent database
- Reporting on progress
- Analyze the talent market in IT
- At least 2 years of work experience in IT Research (preferably in product companies and startups)
- Experience in closing marketing, product and technical positions
- Experience with different niches and domains
- Experience with automation tools for optimization of work routine
- Have course education as IT Researcher
- Ability to multitask and learn fast
- Ability to perform routine work
- Confident English is a huge plus
- Good analytics skills
- Experience in SaaS or Marketplace
- Experience of work in startup processes
