We are looking for a Partnership Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and other strategic partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and enjoys creating impactful collaborations.
Responsibilities
1.Develop and Maintain Partnerships
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with educational projects and universities
- Identify and onboard new partners that align with our mission and goals
2.Strategy Development
- Design and implement a partnership strategy that strengthens BazaITβs presence in the educational sector (Courses, University, EdTech products, Schools, Accelerators)
- Regularly analyze and optimize partnership performance to ensure mutual benefits
3.Vacancy Digest Management
- Compile a weekly digest of job vacancies and share it with partners' communities and communication channels
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the digest aligns with current hiring needs
4.Community Engagement
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, or events in collaboration with partners to promote BazaITβs offerings
- Build and support a network of student ambassadors at partner universities to increase awareness
5.Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate joint marketing activities, such as promotional campaigns, social media features, or co-branded events
- Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored content for partner audiences
6.Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all partners, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication to update partners on the latest product developments, success stories, and opportunities
π― Expected Results in 3-6-12 Months
In 3 months:
β Established first partnerships β Signed at least 5-7 new partnership agreements with universities and educational platforms
β Launched Vacancy Digest for new partners β The job vacancy digest is distributed across at least 10 partner channels (including the existing ones)
β Organized first events β Conducted at least 2 partner webinars/workshops focused on talent acquisition and job market engagement
β Defined growth strategy β Developed a partnership expansion plan for the next 6 months
In 6 months:
π Engaged at least 15-20 active partners (universities, courses, accelerators)
π Job vacancies are actively shared through partners β At least 70% of partners regularly publish BazaIT job openings
π Active student and graduate community β Launched an ambassador program in at least 5 universities
π Attracted at least 1,000 new talents through partnership initiatives
π Organized at least 5-7 events in collaboration with partners (webinars, workshops, career days)
In 12 months:
π Established a strong partnership network β More than 30 active partners systematically collaborating with BazaIT
π Vacancy Digest has become an industry standard β Receiving 10,000+ weekly views from the partner audience (cumulative)
π Ambassador program in 10+ universities β Students actively promoting BazaIT within their communities
π Over 10,000 new talents registered through partner channels
π Joint projects with top EdTech companies β Collaborations with leading online schools and accelerators
π Regular events and workshops β At least 15+ events per year, with a total reach of 10,000+ participants
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in Tech / IT
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with company goals
- Organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with educational institutions or HRTech products is a plus
