Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead HR to serve as the primary HR expert for our Kyiv office in the defense technology sector. You will manage all HR activities locally, ensure strict compliance with labor laws and security requirements, support talent development, and implement global HR policies adapted to Ukrainian regulations.
Responsibilities
- Advise local management on HR matters, employment law, and compliance with security requirements.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for the local team.
- Support performance management, learning, and professional development initiatives.
- Administer HR processes: maintain employee records, manage leave, sick days, holidays, and working schedules.
- Maintain timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related data.
- Handle employee relations, retention programs, and local HR administration.
- Ensure accurate HR records, reporting, and adherence to legal and security standards.
- Promote company culture and values within a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
What we Expect
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or defense/miltech companies.
- Strong knowledge of local labor law, HR compliance, and security requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with global HR policies.
