Team Management:
- Lead and develop a team of 3 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer, with plans to expand the team in 2025.
- Manage and oversee freelance recruiters (2-3).
Performance Oversight:
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of goals, including an average of 2-3 closed vacancies per recruiter per month.
Executive Search:
- Personally handle C-level and strategic roles (up to 2-3 positions at a time) for teams of up to 5 members.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by adhering to established processes:
- Conducting detailed briefings.
- Hosting weekly syncs.
- Focusing on metrics and goals.
- Managing and resolving conflict situations.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate on product development, including writing technical requirements, participating in calls with the technical team, and testing new functionality.
Vacancy Closure Rate:
- Ensure an average of 2-3 closed vacancies per recruiter per month, maintaining a team-wide closure target of 8-12 positions per month.
Client Satisfaction Score:
- Maintain a client satisfaction rate of at least 90%, based on feedback from weekly syncs, adherence to processes, and successful conflict resolution.
Time-to-Hire:
- Achieve an average time-to-hire of 45 days for mid-level positions and 60 days for C-level roles, optimizing the recruitment pipeline and processes.
Freelance Recruiter Utilization:
- Ensure freelance recruiters contribute to 10-20% of total closed vacancies per month, aligning with team goals and KPIs.
Team Growth and Retention:
- Expand and retain the core team (3 recruiters, 1 sourcer) while maintaining an employee satisfaction score of 85%+ based on internal surveys and 1-on-1 feedback.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including C-level and leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- Experience working with recruitment tools and contributing to product or process improvements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Step 1: Recruitment Lead (Current Role)
- Lead and grow the recruitment team within BazaIT.
- Gain hands-on experience managing C-level roles, client relationships, and freelance recruiters.
- Contribute to developing recruitment processes and tools, ensuring operational excellence.
- Step 2: Recruitment Department Head
- Take full ownership of the recruitment function as a department within BazaIT.
- Build scalable strategies and infrastructure to handle a growing client base and team.
- Establish yourself as a key player in driving recruitment excellence and innovation.
- Step 3: CEO of Recruitment Business
- Lead the spin-off of the recruitment function into an independent business based on BazaIT’s platform.
- Shape the business strategy, brand identity, and market positioning of the recruitment unit.
- Build and lead a team dedicated to redefining recruitment solutions for the tech industry.
