In this role, you will lead and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient resource management and alignment across all departments. You will drive strategic initiatives, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and implement process improvements that support production scalability and sustainable business growth. Responsibilities

1. Operational Ownership and Execution:

• Own end-to-end operational execution across the organization, ensuring delivery discipline, accountability, and operational continuity.

2. Process Design and Governance:

• Design, implement, and enforce operational processes, policies, and decision-making frameworks to eliminate ambiguity and bottlenecks.

3. Strategic Planning and Budget Control:

• Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans, budgets, and resource allocation models, maintaining accountability for cost efficiency.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Align operations across production, engineering, field support, and administrative functions, resolving cross-team dependencies impacting delivery.

5. Operational Scaling and Optimization:

• Lead operational scaling initiatives, including production expansion and process standardization, driving measurable efficiency improvements.

6. Reporting and Decision Support:

• Establish executive-level reporting on operational performance, delivery status, budgets, and risks to support timely leadership decisions.

7. Strategic Initiatives Execution:

• Act as execution owner for cross-company strategic initiatives, ensuring coordination, follow-through, and tangible outcomes.

8. Team Scaling and Performance Management:

• Support team scaling by participating in key operational hires and implementing KPIs that reflect execution quality and delivery reliability.

Requirements
What we Expect

• 7+ years of experience in operations management in startups or scale-ups with complex execution environments.

• Proven experience building and running operational systems under growth and resource constraints.

• Strong background in operational execution, process governance, and organizational effectiveness.

• Hands-on experience in scaling operations and managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Experience in implementing ERP and CRM systems is a strong advantage.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
