As a Talent Partner at A-Players, you act as a business-facing hiring operator. You own client relationships end-to-end and are responsible for delivering high-impact hires that shape companies — not just fill headcount. You work in an AI-native way to analyze roles, markets, and candidates beyond surface signals and make high-quality hiring decisions.
You’ll work directly with founders and C-level leaders, run complex searches across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership, and represent A-Players as a trusted hiring partner.
- Full-cycle client ownership
- Lead client kickoffs and clarify hiring goals, success criteria, and constraints
- Design hiring strategies, timelines, and scorecards
- Run weekly syncs with founders and hiring managers
- Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closing
- High-impact searches
- Work on 3–4 active roles at a time, prioritizing quality over volume
- Hire across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership
- Typical roles include:
- Founding / Senior Engineers (US/EU)
- Heads of Marketing, Growth, Product (US/EU)
- Senior CSMs, Designers, VC Analysts, CEOs (US/EU)
- Candidate experience & judgment
- Conduct deep, structured interviews focused on skills, mindset, and A-Player traits
- Assess beyond job titles — motivation, decision-making, ownership, growth trajectory
- Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
- Proven track record recruiting in US and/or EU markets
- Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Can manage multiple searches without losing depth or quality
- Think in terms of business impact, not just recruitment mechanics
- Highly self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
- Care deeply about hiring done right — structured, thoughtful, and ethical
- Work in an AI-native way: you already use AI tools in your daily workflow (research, market mapping, candidate analysis, communication) or actively experiment with them to think faster, go deeper, and make better hiring decisions
- Strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher, written and spoken)
- Ability to overlap 2–4 hours with US time zones
- Full-time availability (this is not a freelance or side role)
