Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community & Portfolio Manager to help our startups grow, scale, and thrive within a strong founder community.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for startups during and after participation in programs such as the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund II and the UK–Ukraine TechBridge Investment Accelerator
- Growing and maintaining an active community of startup founders
- Managing and updating our startup portfolio database (metrics, updates, achievements)
- Tracking the progress of teams and supporting them with intros to mentors, experts, and investors
- Organizing regular check-ins, collecting feedback, and improving the founder experience
- Coordinating mentorship sessions, community events, and other engagement formats
- Keeping in touch with alumni and collecting their success stories
- Supporting operational planning and coordination across program activities
- Collaborating closely with the 1991 Accelerator team on day-to-day tasks
Requirements
What we Expect
- Have 1.5+ years of experience in project management, startup ecosystem, community management, or running accelerator/educational programs
- Are confident with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets, and quick to learn new tools
- Can bring structure to chaos, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines
- Enjoy regular communication with founders and internal teams
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills, and work independently
- Are fluent in both Ukrainian and English (spoken and written)
