🧠 What We're Looking For:
- Professional software development experience in PHP.
- Experience with PHP Frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony).
Tech stack:
- Frontend/Backend: Node.js & Vue.js - nice to have.
- Containerization: Docker
- Deployment: Ansible, with aspirations for Kubernetes.
- Database: MySQL transitioning to PostgreSQL.
- Hosting: Hetzner Cloud.
- CI/CD: Primarily Ansible, but we're all ears for your suggestions!
- Proven experience with Worker setup, RBAC, Asynchronous functions, Swagger/Postman, External APIs, and OAuth.
- Capability to wear both "Manager" and "Tech Lead" hats, driving product milestones.
- An ability to navigate ambiguity, filling in gaps and leading the direction even when the path isn’t clear.
- Intermediate or above English proficiency for documentation and tech support communication.
- Stellar communication skills, making intricate tech lingo seem like casual conversation.
- A strong problem-solving mindset, intertwining tech expertise with business objectives.
