Summary
As a QA Team Lead at ADVA Soft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications. You will lead a team of dedicated QA engineers, manage testing processes, and implement automation strategies to maximize our testing capabilities. Your primary focus will be on iOS applications, ensuring that our apps are user-friendly, bug-free, and meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2 manual QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications, with a primary focus on iOS.
- Ensure collaboration between the QA team and other departments, including development, product management, and design teams.
- Report regularly on QA team progress, testing results, and quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to improve overall product quality and team productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile testing and automation.
Requirements
What we Expect
- 4 years experience as a QA engineer
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Experience of developing and implementing automatization strategy for mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of the iOS platform.
- Experience with testing 3rd-party services integration (Firebase, MixPanel, AppsFlyer etc).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on mobile applications will be a plus.
- Experience in creating and implementing automation strategy for testing processes, reducing manual testing efforts and increasing efficiency.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks will be a plus (e.g., Appium, XCUITest).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
