Team Lead: 2+ роки,

Node.js: 4+, TypeScript: 2+,

SQL/NoSQL, оптимізація, рефакторинг,

Англійська: B2+,

Локація: EU, прямий контракт.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a remote team of developers (up to 7 members).
  • Design and optimize schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Optimize high-load systems, refactor to improve performance.
  • Use monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana) for system debugging.
  • Ensure code security by identifying and fixing vulnerabilities.


Results / KPI

  • Node.js: 5+ years of experience.
  • TypeScript: 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience designing and optimizing SQL and NoSQL database schemas.
  • Proven experience with high-traffic systems (millions of requests/terabytes of data).
  • Refactored systems to improve performance in high-traffic environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana).
  • Experience in a SaaS startup environment.
